Our position on creative pitches

Creative development
is paid work.

An introduction, a discussion of your task and an overview of our experience are free. Developing a strategy, concept, design or prototype for a pitch is a paid engagement.

A clear position

You can assess our experience before commissioning work. For development, we agree a defined scope, timing and deliverable. We discuss creative pitches after reviewing the brief.

01

Development takes time.

Research, discussions and exploring options are specialist work. They take place before the presentation and selection of a winner.

02

A useful solution needs context.

We need to understand the business, ask questions and agree evaluation criteria to develop work that can be used in your project.

03

The first stage can be limited.

You do not have to commission the entire project at once. A defined task and deliverable let you assess how the team works.

04

The terms should be clear.

We agree scope, timing, fees, evaluation and rights to the materials before starting. Those terms matter whether or not the engagement continues.

Introduction and development

01

Getting acquainted.

Discussing your task, relevant experience and a possible way of working together. This does not include developing a custom solution.

02

Development.

Research, strategy, a concept, design or a prototype for your task. The scope and price are agreed in advance.

A first step

One task.
A defined deliverable.

Send us a brief or describe the problem. We can agree a small paid stage, its deliverable and acceptance criteria, then decide whether another stage is needed.
